- How does the free trial work?
- Sign up, verify your email and your site is live on a free nexusidx.com address. The trial includes the Growth plan features. No credit card is needed to start.
- Where do the MLS® listings come from?
- Listings come from CREA's Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) and sync automatically. You choose the cities in your service area. Data use is subject to CREA and board rules.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. Add your domain in the dashboard and create one CNAME record at your registrar. We issue the security certificate automatically and redirect your free address to your domain.
- Who owns my leads and content?
- You do. Leads, subscribers, pages and blog posts belong to you, and you can export your subscribers at any time.
- Do I need to install or update anything?
- No. Hosting, listing sync, security updates and backups are included — there are no plugins to maintain.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Plans are month-to-month. If you cancel, your site stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Can I customise the look of my website?
- Yes. The dashboard Theme editor lets you choose from colour palettes, font pairings, corner styles and layout variants for your header, footer, hero section and listing cards. A live preview shows exactly how each combination looks before you save — no code or redeploy needed.
- Is NexusIDX only for Alberta?
- No. You can serve any Canadian cities available in the listing feed. We started in Alberta and are expanding.
