Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-06

1. The service

NexusIDX provides hosted real estate websites for real estate professionals, including listing display, lead capture, content management and related features (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your brokerage.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be a licensed real estate professional or brokerage in good standing to use listing features. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including licence details, and for keeping your password secure.

3. Free trial, subscriptions and cancellation

New accounts may start with a free trial. To keep using the Service after the trial you must choose a paid plan. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.

4. MLS® listing data

Listing content is provided through CREA's Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) and is subject to CREA and board rules. You agree to use listing data only as those rules permit, to display required attributions, and not to copy or redistribute listing data outside the Service. We may remove listing data at any time to comply with data-provider requirements.

5. Your content and leads

You own the content you add (pages, posts, images) and the leads and subscribers your site collects. You grant us a licence to host and display that content to operate the Service. You are responsible for complying with Canadian anti-spam (CASL) and privacy laws when contacting leads.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to send spam, or to interfere with the Service or other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Domains

You keep ownership of any domain you connect. You are responsible for your domain registration and DNS records.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features or these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Questions: [email protected].
